We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven sales professional to represent both brands in our home market of Jackson Hole while also supporting sales and distribution across Eastern Idaho.
The Role
The Territory Sales Representative will be the face of Pure Madness Group throughout the market, building strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, bars, resorts and distributor partners. This role is responsible for growing sales, expanding distribution, improving execution and ensuring that Roadhouse and Melvin show up exceptionally well in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized and comfortable balancing account calls, distributor collaboration, events and administrative responsibilities. You should understand that success in beverage sales is built through consistent follow-through, strong relationships and time spent in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed territory sales, distribution and account-execution goals.
- Represent Roadhouse and Melvin with a strong understanding of each brand’s identity, products and positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts throughout Jackson Hole and Eastern Idaho.
- Identify and open new accounts while growing placements, visibility and rate of sale within existing accounts.
- Work closely with distributor sales representatives and leadership to establish priorities, execute programs and improve brand performance.
- Conduct regular distributor ride-withs, sales meetings and account visits.
- Present new products, pricing, promotions and seasonal programs clearly and effectively.
- Secure and maintain draft placements, shelf space, displays, menu features and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor inventory, product freshness and quality throughout the territory.
- Track sales activity, account opportunities, competitive activity and market trends using company reporting systems.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and brewery teams to support company-wide priorities.
- Serve as a dependable, professional ambassador for Pure Madness Group in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of sales experience, preferably within craft beer, beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods or hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and independently manage a geographic territory.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, accountable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of the Jackson Hole and Eastern Idaho markets is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with distributor-based beverage sales is preferred.
- Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer and the ability to confidently communicate beer styles, production methods and brand stories.
- Comfortable using standard business technology, sales-reporting systems like IDIG and Karma, and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record.
- Must meet all applicable legal requirements for working with and representing alcoholic-beverage brands.
Work and Travel Requirements
- This position is based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
- Regular travel throughout Jackson Hole and Eastern Idaho is required.
- Some evening and weekend work is expected for tastings, festivals, account promotions and special events.

Level 2 Brewers have previous experience working and operating in a high paced, large volume production brewery environment. Success in this role is driven by self initiative, confidence in trouble shooting and making adjustments as needed pulling from previous experience and learned experiences from working at Melvin. Passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other members of the brewing team are imperative for this position. Level 2 Brewers play a key role in problem-solving, process optimization, and training. This is an opportunity for experienced brewers looking to advance their careers and contribute to a growing brewery. Level 2 Brewers report to the Head Brewer. Brewing Operations are 7 days a week, 2 shifts a day and the schedule for this position varies based on brewing operation needs and existing schedules of team members.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all SOPs and safety protocols provided, reacting appropriately when limits are exceeded, and escalating issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Perform CIP (Clean in Place) of brewing vessels, tanks, process lines, fermenters, centrifuge, etc..
- Assemble and disassemble process lines and loops.
- Prepare and utilize chemicals safely.
- Rotate and stage raw materials for upcoming brewing operations.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning regimens assigned by senior brewing staff.
- Manage cellar including yeast pitching, daily fermentation tracking, dry-hopping, and fermenter additions.
- Uphold and advance quality standards.
- Consistently and accurately collect and evaluate data for essential brewing metrics.
- Accurately complete all checklists.
- Promote and protect the brand of Pure Madness Brewery Group.
- Assist with all aspects of the brewing process, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, and cellaring.
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
- Monitor fermentation and perform necessary tasks such as dry-hopping, yeast pitching, and transfers.
- Accurately record and maintain brewing logs and data.
- Assist with beer analysis and quality control.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Attend monthly safety meetings.
- Follow SOPs for chemical use and mechanical equipment operation.
- Alert leadership of any workplace safety concerns.
- Clock in and out for all shifts and request PTO for approval through the payroll portal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of packaging logs, production brewing logs, and pub and eatery logs/packaging.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a production brewery
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions for long periods.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Positive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of how to operate safely and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to keep meticulous digital records via daily data entry.
- Positive, get-it-done attitude and a passion for beer.
